Returns Policy

You may return items within 14 days of purchase. The TRTD team does thorough checks on all items, if there is any evidence of stains, wash, odour or damage to the item (including any altering of original tags) you will not be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for returned items until they reach us. We recommend using a secure courier that requires a signature, this makes it traceable and helps to avoid further problems

We aim to have all refunds issued within 2 business days and your funds credited back into your account within 7 working days of the processed return

Please note costs for returned items are not free and delivery charges are non refundable
